Strategies to realise regional transformation - BIOTRANSFORM Replication Workshop

Join us for our online event exploring regional strategies for circular bioeconomy transformation within the evolving landscape of the European bioeconomy. Hosted under the framework of the BIOTRANSFORM project, we invite regional clusters, networks, and policy makers who are actively engaged in - or aspiring to advance - bioeconomy initiatives in their regions.

In this workshop, we will present key findings, methodologies, and tools developed by BIOTRANSFORM to support systemic transformation towards a sustainable, circular bioeconomy. A particular focus will be placed on the valorisation of biomass, with a presentation from the nova-Institute highlighting the potential of biogenic carbon for material use in the chemical industry, showcasing how bio-based resources can contribute to sustainable industrial transformation.

Beyond sharing project outcomes, this webinar is designed as a platform for exchange and collaboration. Participants are warmly encouraged to bring forward their regional challenges, showcase best practices, and contribute to an open dialogue on implementing effective and scalable solutions for bio-based regional development.

The online event will take place on 26 May, 13:00 – 15:00 CEST.
